Motor Starting Resistors and Starter Panels

We manufacture Resistance Boxes used for heavy duty requirement of starting and for speed control of electrical motors. Complete Automatic Starters are also offered for following applications :
1. EOT Crane Slipring Motors :
| Resistance Boxes alongwith control panels are offered. The resistor is used to limit the inrush current of the slipring motor, by changing the resistance in the Rotor Circuit in various steps (thru a Contactor) |
2. Automatic Starters for AC Slip Ring Motors for Slip Ring Motors :
Automatic Stator Rotor Starters for slip ring motors comprise of Air Break Control Panel and Air Cooled Starting Resistance Box. They find wide applications in all type of industries, wherever heavy duty slip ring motors are installed.
We offer Push Button operated Control Panel having complete Stator-Rotor Control alongwith Starting Resistors. The Rotor Circuit is provided with Contactors & Timers, which automatically cut the Resistance in desired number of steps sequentially, ensuring a smooth start. The Resistors offered are heavy duty, naturally air cooled, made out of stainless steel grids and are maintenance free.
The initial higher installation cost compared to "OIL IMMERSED OR WATER RESISTORS" is more than compensated by large savings in trouble free operation & maintenance cost. |

3. Star Delta Starters :
Star Delta Starter Panels are offered for starting of AC squirrel cage motors.
Following additional features can also be provided :
a) Alongwith a Primary Resistor for controlling the starting inrush current. Necessary timer and contactor is provided.
b) Alongwith a Transient Resistor for smooth changeover from Star to Delta.Necessary timer and contactor is provided. |

4. DC Motor Starter Panels :
Starter Panel alongwith a Resistor is provided for starting a DC motor
Several products have been developed by us for sugar industry which have contributed in yielding higher productivity and reducing Down Time / Maintenance Costs. We are manufacturing following range of products for sugar industry :
| • High Slip / Buffer Resistors for Cutter and Fibrizor Motors |
The undesired overload tripping of slipring motors, due to alternative periods of sharp rise and fall of loads cause a frequent loss of production. High Slip Resistor, manufactured by us, absorbs the shock and allows the motor to run without interruption. Stainless Steel Resistors manufactured by us are compact, sturdy and can take severe overloads. |
